Clovelly Eskimos Winter Swimming Club
Information for the 2024 Season
Clovelly Eskimos Winter Swimming Club was established in 1954 and is a division of the Clovelly Surf Club.
The Clovelly Eskimos Club operates in the Surf Club off-season, conducting swimming races across the bay from the first Sunday in May to late September.
Membership is open to surf club members and non-surf club members, providing an opportunity to stay active and socialise during the winter
months.
The weekly races consist of two events:
Members are also encouraged to participate in club championship days, inter-club and national events, and to join in the after swim socialising in the Tom Caddy Room, upstairs in the Surf Club - enjoy hot soup, mushy peas, drinks from the bar, fun fines and raffles.
We use TeamApp to register for swims weekly. You’ll get the details when you join.

- 66 yards (across and back)

- 10:45 Juniors
- 11:00 Adults
- 10.30 all on the Club Championship days
- Racing is usually finished around noon

HOW TO JOIN & RENEW
Season commences the First Sunday in May each year.

See table above for annual fees.
If you are a paid up member of the Clovelly Surf Club, you just need to pay your fees and email to let us know you’ve paid.
Please make payment direct via EFT to the Eskimos Bendigo Bank Account. Email [email protected] if you don't have the details on record.
If you are not a paid up member of Clovelly Surf Club you will first need to renew your membership as a general member using your login details. You should have received an email directly from the Surf Club with instructions on how to do this. If not email us for instructions.
To be able to swim on the next available Sunday, you need to have registered / paid before 5pm on the Wednesday before you want to swim.
