Our Story

Clovelly Surf Lifesaving Club was founded in 1906 as the Little Coogee Swimming and Life Saving Club. It has a proud history of Lifesaving and competition achievements with past members recognised for outstanding rescue deeds and Olympic representation. ​Our Lifesavers provide safety for the public and respond to community needs with responsibility for Clovelly, Gordon's Bay and the coastal area up to Bronte. ​The Club fosters engagement through Lifesaving, Nippers, Eskimos winter swimming, Giles Gym classes and junior Swimming Club.
