A welcome message from the Clovelly Surf Lifesaving Club Captain - Jim King:

Welcome to Lifesaving at the Clovelly Surfclub. Clovelly Surfclub has been proudly patrolling Clovelly Beach and Gordons Bay for over 100 years. In that time we have undertaken 1000’s of rescues and saved many lives.
 
The 150 odd active members of the club uphold that tradition each weekend and public holiday between September and Anzac Day. In all weather conditions we patrol “the beach that never closes”. These active members make a substantial contribution of their time both on patrol and maintaining and developing their fitness and lifesaving skills. The club invests substantial resources in the latest and most modern lifesaving equipment including inflatable boats, rescue boards, radios, oxygen units, defibulators and first aid supplies
